*We take a £45 deposit when booking

*The remaining total £370 is to be paid in person at health check

*When choosing either Standard or Enhanced health assessments, you will be redirected to our booking page, where you will choose a suitable Saturday for your face-to-face health check. Once booked, we will send you a secure payment link (EMAIL) and contact you within 24hours to arrange a suitable time for Pre-consultation telephone call. 

*We ask for a £25 or £45 deposit to be paid on booking. The remaining balance may be kindly paid in person at the face-to-face health check.

Standard Lifestyle
For those who would like a routine health check (MOT)

Pre-Consultation (10 minute telephone call)

  • Discuss thoughts on what tests you may like or researched
  • Medical and lifestyle history including alcohol and diet

Health Check (20 minute Face-to-Face)

  • In person at the Harborough-Health hub
  • Venepuncture(Bloods) (by senior clinician)
  • Physical Measurements
  • *Height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, pulse
  • Urinalysis (urine testing)
  • *If discussed we can provide further testing of urine including protein/albumin levels. 
  • Organise a suitable time to discuss results- usually 2-3 days.

Follow Up Discussion (20 minute Telephone call)

  • Discuss Results
  • *Cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk
  • 10year QRISK prediction
  • Lifestyle advice
  • *Weight control education including signposting to weight management service
  • Physical activity, smoking, diet advice
  • Alcohol Screen (FAST)
  • Diabetes 
  • Chronic kidney Disease Risk (CKD)

Report of results sent to Text/Email

*Referral letter to NHS GP provider if required

Blood/Pathology includes:

  • FBC (Full blood count)
  • Urea & Electrolytes (eGFR, Chloride, Potassium, Sodium, Urea)
  • Lipids (Total cholesterol, LDL- low density lipoprotein, HDL high density lipoprotein, Total Cholesterol/HDL ration, Non-HDl, Triglycerides
  • Alkaline Phosphate, Alanine aminotransferase, Gamma GT, Bilirubin, Albumin
  • Glucose, HbA1c

Enhanced Lifestyle
For those who would like a more enhanced check

Pre-Consultation (10 minute telephone call)

  • Discuss thoughts on what tests you may like or researched. Guide to other bespoke tests
  • Full medical and lifestyle history including alcohol and diet. 

Health Check (20 minute Face-to-Face)

  • In person at the HH hub
  • Extensive venepuncture/Bloods (by senior clinician)
  • Physical Measurements
  • *Height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, pulse + Report
  • Urinalysis (urine testing)
  • FIT- Faecal Immunochemical Test (stool sample to screen for bleeding in gut/intestine and investigate symptoms of bowel cancer)
  • Fractional Exhaled Nitric Oxide (FeNO) a non invasive test to measure the amount of nitric oxide exhaled; a good predictor of respiratory health. 
  • *If discussed we can provide further testing of urine including protein/albumin levels. 

Follow Up Discussion (30 minute Telephone call)

  • Discuss Results

  • 10year QRISK prediction
  • Lifestyle advice
  • *Weight control education including signposting to weight management service
  • Physical activity, smoking, diet advice
