Unlike NHS health checks where you need to meet certain requirements, Harborough-Health offers private services where you can be seen quicker, with longer and more personalised consultations. We offer our services to everyone, there is no requirement to use your medical insurance and you do not need a referral from your GP.
About Us
Harborough-Health is located in the heart of Market Harborough. Our passion is to provide comprehensive health assessments so you can be more aware of your health, and to take necessary steps to improve your wellbeing.
We understand choosing a health check is sometimes difficult. That’s why we provide an included pre-consultation, with a highly skilled clinician to discuss what part of your health you would like to be assessed. With simple to follow plans and option to tell us what you want as part of your health check, we really provide a unique service.
Our health checks are split up into telephone and face-to-face consultations based inside Market Harborough Pharmacy, next to the Market Harborough Medical Centre, and we run our clinic at the weekend. As we are not part of the NHS this means you can beat the waiting times, and our health assessments are more personalised, thorough, with quicker discussion of your results, leaving you more time to live your life.

Unique Pre-Consultation
Our 2 main plans make it simple for you to choose. Both plans offer an included pre-consultation, where we discuss what tests/examinations/observations may be best for your needs.
We Look At Your Whole Body
In the pre-consultation we will explore your individual lifestyle and health needs. We then see you face-to-face to take measurements, observations and tests including your bloods. We then discuss your results in detail with you and what they mean, advising you so you don't have to decipher the information.
Excellence
Harborough-Health offers comprehensive, bespoke health assessments which are easily accessible, at your convenience and with a highly skilled clinician from start to finish. Our health checks will provide you will all the information about your health.
We are open to all! You do not need to access us through your health insurance or through work.
Private vs NHS
Our health checks are services which you pay for yourself, which allows for no long appointment waits or results and more time in the consultation with a more bespoke experience.
We are independent from the NHS but still regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our clinician is very skilled and experienced.
Dependent on your results, we may provide you a letter back to your NHS GP service to action/discuss a plan going forward.
